All the rocks made me a rock!

Most of us were like a soft air bubble when we were born and groomed till our first year of teens. But gradually as life keeps showing up with different and harder boss battle rounds, we get transformed into different varieties of rocks. All the life's hardships are so meaningful and enticing towards many amazing learnings only if they are observed and understood well. Some of us,sadly,do not get transformed into rocks. Some of us remain as a fragile bubble even after our teens or late 20s. These bubbles are still incapable of withstanding certain pains of a practical life as they were continuously pampered by their guardians over the years. But hey,that's not their fault. Parents love their children. :)

Even though some can resist to become a rock to some extent, they cannot hide from it. There would be several rocks around a bubble, which will crush and grind the poor bubble to the limits of it achieving its very first rock molecule. The transformation is inevitable and brings many good too. This is where the importance of Rock-Transformation comes into play. The logic is quite simply. It's easy to burst a bubble but comparatively not that easy to break a rock. Whether dumb or smart - Rocks survive. I am, myself, still encountering various grinds and moulds to become one strong rock myself.

This World is full of probabilities.

Its true how people claim their opinions is most apt over a subject, for which, they think they know the most.What I wonder here is that how can anyone have such a strong view of something for which some one else might have a totally opposite opinion.I know it's hard to always have an unbiased perception also but is it hard to admit that this world is full of probabilities?Everything it has,any subject it consists of, might not only have one,two or even three ends, but an endless number of outcomes to it.I try to keep an unbiased perception on things I see around.For people,Gadgets,UFOs,Apple v/s Mac,IOS vs Android(oh I think all these already got listed in the gadgets category),Music,God,Universe and every other thing you can imagine right now which exists. So far I think I have been successful and I always want to keep this neutral mode ON in my head till its engine dies and believe me on this when I say - This is the most crucial application on oneself by which YOU will never stop learning.Ever. :)

Research - A way to dig Deep Holes full of shit.

The statement is quite justified if the research is being undertaken by a mind who cannot think simple. The statement is quite justified for all those "researchers" who misuse their rank to the highest possible extent. The statement is quite justified for all those cunning designators who know how to crank up their colleagues with their well up-to-dated skill to inflict even the most simple mindsets with shit.(This is very hard to earn political skill)

On the contrary the word "Research" is really not that bad too.If this power is awarded to people who think swift,simple,straight and who have the skill to reach to a better solution with the shortest distance possible between the problem and the solution.

Sadly in our world ranks are mostly awarded on the basis of how good a person performs on a sheet of paper with a pen in his hand.Cramming-up is not tough for the focused but it does not ignite true passion for a job.And in all this a lot of resources gets eaten-up and wasted.

All these thoughts came up in my mind when I was working with one of the biggest corporate giants of my country.The working experience sucked but it taught me a lot stuff. So after all the learnings,I started working in a different,small company again where at least the roles are awarded more precisely! :D

People like me like to get self-kicked on the butt.

Consider this - When you jump with an unknown aim, you fall and in most of the cases your hurt your ass.But then this wouldn't stop you from trying this again.

"To Err is human" - is the most practical quote I have ever gone through.

People like me love to hurt there asses in such a fashion for mostly two reasons :

1) We attempt to experiment with the unknown so that when we commit a mistake-we learn from it and not repeat it in the future. :) (Hopefully)

2) Its better this way because then if you understand your mistake and remember not to repeat it then no one else would be able to kick on your butt for the same. :D (Kind of life insurance)

If you want to change your circumstances,change your thoughts.

Believe it or not but when the brain was made it was supposed to be like the Master Computer Program from the movie Tron.Many don't understand it,many try to be multi-taskers and loose its real power in all the functions performed at once. We don't realize how powerful it really is.We don't understand that how important it is to learn how to control it rather than it controlling us. If we succeed in that then we can succeed in whatever aspirations we want to layout.But no,we over smart ourselves and forget how powerful we could be if we just try to learn how to handle its controls. :)

Life is tough when you want to live it on your own terms,Only!

Yup it really is.Try living a life without money involved.Try living one without a job or something which helps you earn.Try to be artistic ONLY and not practical and see what all miseries it brings in your life.It is hard but not impossible.But it's not possible too.Am really confused here because of all the probabilities that might exist in this very abundant world. :S But do try. And if you succeed share your story with me. :)

"An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind." So whats the problem in that?

A blind world would be very modest and helpful to fellow human beings. That's my take. Yes we'd be considered blind then but aren't we enough blind right now? :)
And most of those who aren't - they are powerless. A very sad fact of the what the world has really become. The fact due to which I really curse the fact that Super Heroes are not for real. We need them badly. :(

Something I wrote few years back when I was in a lot of pain.

"Empty heart was void before, still its full, but with no good. Swell it is - from inside, heavy it feels - all day and all night. Irresistible pain - kills inside, but for good, as the heart controls my mind. Won’t feel before I think, from now. Like the way I was before. When the source of pain be inside – No-one else then can supply..."

Yes.What would you do when the source of pain is inside you only and it came from no one else.How do you seek help then? 

Only YOU can help yourself in such horrible times and in most of the times too when you are let down.Because pain,even if not self generated,resides inside one's heart.Support helps but its YOU who can fix it.So,FIX IT! :)
